We are technicians, parts people, body and paint people, warranty and service writers- we are the people you call or talk to when you have problems with your Recreational Vehicles. Most of us are involved in this industry on a full time basis, many of us are full time RVers as well.

I am Miles Williams, and I have a loose association of service professionals who are interested in helping you get the most of your RVing Experience. When I am at a service counter, in a dealership, the majority of the customer concerns I deal with are issues most folks are able to handle on their own. With a bit of preventive maintenance, a little self initiative, and a little patience, You can retain higher resale value, reduce expensive costs, increase your understanding of the products.
